Job Description / Position Duties : - Manage a team of front-end Web &amp; Graphic Managers &amp; Designers, HTML Developers. - Working closely with Content, Product &amp; Tech teams to establish and evaluate all aspects of project management including Scope, Cost, Risk and Time management. - Develop an in-depth understanding of client processes around revenue recognition, forecasting, planning, pricing, and other processes that rely heavily on client success. - Manage the pipeline of projects and maintain desired service levels such as timeliness of deliverables, quality of client deliverables and client satisfaction levels. - Responsible for the monthly and quarterly business reviews with the HOD of Client Services and other key stakeholders. - Writing and conducting performance evaluations and dedicatedly work towards making the team more efficient. - Help coach mentors all the team members and be responsible for developing the team in every aspect of execution. Candidate Requirement: - An ideal candidate would be 5+ years of web, UI &amp; UX services experience with relevant years in a team management role. - Worked as a web / UI designer as a previous role. - Strong project management expertise with Client facing roles. - Well versed with web/graphics design technologies. - Understanding of UI/UX knowledge will be an advantage. - Experience leading project(s) with design standards/visuals design based effort with a tangible outcome/ROI. - Should have excellent hold on Adobe CC &amp; other design tools.
