This position requires a dynamic and experienced individual who can manage a team of professional front-end Web & Graphic Managers & Designers, HTML Developers ensuring a consistently high level of service for our customers. Job Description / Position Duties - Manage a team of front-end Web & Graphic Managers & Designers, HTML Developers - Working closely with Content, Product & Tech teams to establish and evaluate all aspects of project management including Scope, Cost, Risk and Time management - Develop an in-depth understanding of client processes around revenue recognition, forecasting, planning, pricing, and other processes that rely heavily on client success - Manage the pipeline of projects and maintain desired service levels such as timeliness of deliverable, quality of client deliverable and client satisfaction levels - Responsible for the monthly and quarterly business reviews with the HOD of Client Services and other key stakeholders - Writing and conducting performance evaluations and dedicatedly work towards making the team more efficient - Help coach mentor all the team members and be responsible for developing the team in every aspect of execution - Coordinate with all HR to recruit, interview and hire the best talent Candidate Requirement - An ideal candidate would be 8+ years of web, UI & UX services experience with 4+ years in a management role - Worked as a web / UI designer as a previous role - Strong project management expertise with Client facing roles - Well versed with web/graphics design technologies - Understanding of UI/UX knowledge will be an advantage - Experience leading project(s) with design standards/visuals design based effort with a tangible outcome/ROI - Understanding of the most recent design/UI trends - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent presentation and persuasion skills - Should have excellent hold on Adobe CC & other design tools Desired Skills - Latest web technologies - Knowledge of UI/UX will be an advantage - Strong knowledge of Web / UI Design, Prototyping, Creating Wireframes, Typography, PowerPoint, Excel, Photography, Branding, Video Editing - Be a master of Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
