Sr. Manager - Talent & Performance CoE - Info Edge
Role Objective :
The chief purpose of Talent & Performance CoE at Info Edge is to strengthen our culture of meritocracy by managing performance and building a unified view of Talent across all businesses and functions
Role Expectations :
- Drive & own Performance & Talent Management processes, tools and systems
- Play a key role in elevating the Performance & Talent Management strategy and framework that supports business strategy and delivers a superior employee experience
- Manage all Performance Appraisal cycles
- Drive Talent Identification across levels
- Administer Performance Management on SAP HR
- Drive the Top Talent Program in collaboration with Learning & OD CoE
- Maintain and publish regular dashboards to stakeholders
- Develop innovative solutions and establish industry leading practices in Performance & Talent Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Learning & OD CoE, Shared Services, Finance, External Vendors & Partners
- Own and drive special projects targeted towards enhancing organizational effectiveness and building organizational capability
Required :
- Masters in HR from a premier B-School
- 5-7 years of experience driving Talent & Performance Management in a fast-paced organization
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-tasking environment
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and build consensus
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects successfully
- Strong strategic-thinking skills and conceptual clarity of HR, Talent Management and Performance Management
- Solution mindset with creative thinking and ability to innovate
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels in the organization with the ability to influence and collaborate
- High detail orientation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
- Strong MS Excel and Power point Skills
- Prior exposure to SAP HR
Desired :
- Certifications in Talent Management or Performance Management
- Experience in implementing a Performance Management System
