Product Operations Role - Content

Purpose of the role:

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate real impact within business and help transform the 99acres platform by focusing on transformational changes on content aggregation and data quality. These are key dimension for great consumer experience on 99acres and facilitate home buying/renting journey.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Understanding the Business Vision and accordingly, building the Strategic roadmap for operations and leading the strategy to execution through his/her team.

- Independently driving large scale projects and programs on content collection, enhancing data quality and improve overall consumer experience cutting across the 99acres platform involving - Technology, and Product.

- Responsible for managing all the new and complex initiatives in 99acres operations.

- Work with the other functional leaders in the business to make sure all teams are working seamlessly to deliver on the new operations roadmap.

- Coach and mentors teams to deliver complex projects within the stipulated timelines

Experience and Education Qualification:

- Engineer and/ or MBA from premier university with experience of 8-12 years, having experience in both strategic roles and leading large operations teams

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Is strategic and at the same time is able to deep dive and ensure operational execution

- Has strong program management and execution skills

- Has strong customer focus to identify their pain points and resolve them

- Has very strong people management skills to drive the team

- Has the ability of dealing with ambiguity

- Is able to independently engage and collaborate with top/senior management for collaborative problem solving
