Key Responsibilities :

As a head of the Product Team, the core responsibility will be to create a positive impact on the business through customer insights and product analytics, while leveraging technology to tap into these needs and opportunities. You will work in an entrepreneurial environment where you will build the product strategy and drive the business.

- Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts

- Lead, define, and represent product strategy and vision in line with the businesses long-term goals

- Assess product development and enhancement opportunities

- Work with the engineering team to communicate release goals and be a part of product life cycle

- Interface with Marketing for inputs on consumer marketing activities

- Interface with Sales team to identify product gaps and develop new features for products selling

- Understand Customer segments and define product pricing

- Work on new strategic and long term alliances/partnerships to enhance the product value proposition

- Own product performance and conduct periodic performance reviews

- Creative ideation and articulation of ideas

Required Skills :

- Relevant Product management and team leading experience from Consumer Internet companies preferably.

- Understanding Customer sensitivities and needs

- Persevere and push forward with ability to handle uncertainty and drive results

- Clear, transparent communication with an aim to drive consensus and evangelize both internally and externally

- Strong business acumen
