Info Edge - Organization & Leadership Development Role (6-10 yrs)
The role will ideate, conceptualize and implement various initiatives, in the talent management, leadership development, career planning and architecture, succession planning etc. The role will be responsible for enabling a strong handshake with the Business Leaders and HRBPs to drive the organization talent strategy forward
- Lead organization diagnostic and change evangelization for innovative people process and practices
- Effectively support the leadership team in strategizing and leading all people development interventions for the organization, which will include selection, executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs.
- Formalize new-age talent management practices and design custom interventions/ programs for identifying and rewarding HiPo talent
- Effectively support the leadership team to evaluate and manage Band and Title Structures
- Design and curate a Leadership Effectiveness Program for critical talent.
- Design and create the framework for Hi-tech virtual university that enables building desired competencies at various levels.
- Build and implement career development plan and succession planning framework for the organization.
