What is this role about?
This role is intended to lead and execute sales strategy for Zwayam nationally. You will be responsible to build a strong sales engine across branches and drive sales team to maximize business growth and market penetration.

Job Description
1. As a National head, you will be responsible for business growth and market penetration for Zwayam across geographies
2. Maximize avenues for growth via identification & conversion of Upsell & Cross sell opportunities
3. Maximize new business acquisition through sales team hunting efforts
4. Conceptualize and execute on Zwayam Go to market strategy for major branches
5. Actively monitor market landscape, product penetration, sales forecast & pricing/ discounting decisions and devise proactive action planning to drive growth
6. Continuously liaison with Product & Technology team & provide inputs to create competitive advantage
7. Enable team capability through periodic product training, refreshers and cross learning initiatives
8. Hire, train, and build a high performance teams across branches
What are we looking for?
1. Overall 12-15 years of experience in B2B sales
2. Atleast 3-4 years of experience in HR Tech space
3. Experience in managing large teams
4. Exceptional stakeholder management & influencing skills
5. Ability to sell to C-suite leaders
6 .Ability to coach sales team on long sales cycle
7. High Sales Excellence & Result orientation
