What is this role about?

This role is intended to lead sales strategy and Customer Success for Hirist nationally. You will be responsible to build a strong sales engine across branches and drive sales team to maximize business growth and market penetration. You will need to travel to all major branches.

Hirist sales and Customer success team will report to this role.

Job Description:

1. As a National head, you will be responsible for business growth and market penetration for Hirist across geographies.

2.Maximize avenues for growth via identification & conversion of Upsell & Cross sell opportunities

3. Conceptualize and execute on Hirist Go to market strategy for major branches

4. Maximize new business acquisition through sales team hunting efforts

5. Conceptualize & lead initiatives to maximize 'value sales' for Hirist customers

6. Enable team capability through periodic product training, refreshers and cross learning initiatives

7. Measure and track adoption & drive customer success through timely activations and onboarding, recruiter trainings, customer testimonials and overall engagement

8. Hire, train, and build a high performance teams across branches
