About the Role:

- Strategic Partnerships is an important lever of growth for the organisation.

- In the role you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with various organisations, institutions, and stakeholders to enhance our domain authority, job seeker reach and expand our client network.

- Your role will involve identifying potential partnership opportunities leading to business impact, maintaining and developing strong relations with the current strategic partners

- Collaborating closely with internal teams in developing comprehensive partnership strategies that bring value for both our business and the strategic partner

- Track and analyse key performance indicators related to partnership effectiveness and ROI

What will success look like in 6 months:

- Get a good understanding of Job Hai business and blue-collar market

- Build a good understanding of different business priorities in terms of marketplace growth

- Develop an action plan with leadership for growth opportunities via partnership

- Reach out to relevant players in the blue collar hiring ecosystem (eg. Skill Players, Placement Partners, Enterprise Clients) and build a pipeline of such players

- Understand offerings and do a need gap assessment for all players

- Pitch Job Hai offerings and value proposition

- Work with internal stakeholders to get this plan executed

- Ensure business impact and check for further collaboration
