Designation - Manager/ Senior Manager - Onboarding Experience

We at Infoedge is looking for a game changing Onboarding Experience Specialist to drive excellent and flawless onboarding experience for all new Infoedgians from the moment candidate accepts to job offer till the day of joining.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Apply Design thinking and agile principles in designing and delivering best Onboarding practices that suits the culture of Infoedge

- Be a change agent and identify areas of improvement in the entire Onboarding and candidate experience process

- Bridge the gap in the processes using various Automation tools

- Create innovative solutions to enhance New hire Onboarding experience

- Lead a team of 5+ members and drive onboarding and candidate experience process.

- Deep dive into small line items involved in the process and take data based decisions

- Manage the performance and efficiency of the Onboarding processes and team members through well-defined trackers and SOPs.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders like Talent Acquisition team/ HRBPs/ IT & Admin and provide workable and logical solutions

- Act as escalation point for Onboarding challenges arising within the company, working cross functionally to ensure solutions are found and improvements implemented.

Skills/Requirements:

- MBA with 3 plus years of experience.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity

- Detail Oriented and ability to multi-task in dynamic , fast changing entrepreneurial environment

- Team and Stakeholder management

- Experience on HRMS tools like SAP SuccessFactors/ Workday/ Oracle

- Must have worked in organisations with a size of atleast 5000+ employees
