Info Edge - Manager - Product Analytics & Operations

Product Analytics and Operations Manager will support Naukri Learning product team by creating processes and insights to improve the quality of courses, reviews, and other content on the platform. Also, they will manage a team of Product operations executives to create and manage processes around product operations and quality control.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a product, systems and process expert and own product operations and analytics for Naukri learning product

- Publish regular reports and documentation on key product metrics, and impact reports on new launch/feature updates

- Create automated reports, alerts, and regular reports to improve quality and usefulness of course listing database and review database

- Publish regular reports on new course addition/updates and reviews addition/updates

- Lead a team of 3 Product operation executives to design and improve QC processes and checklists to improve the quality and usefulness of the back end data

- Identify opportunities for automating back-end operations, database hygiene, enrichment, and reporting and share inputs with product team for development

- Support campaign and content teams with access to data, QC checklists for their operations, and collaborate for identifying technical improvement areas

- Act as the first contact point for quality issues raised after launch, coordinating cross-team collaboration to resolve them

Desired skills:

- An ideal candidate would have experience of managing back end operations for an internet/product company with focus on database hygiene and quality improvement/spam prevention

- Process design and operations management

- Quality control and product operations

- Business analytics and reporting

- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

- Database querying (SQL)

- Understanding of elementary programming especially in R/Python

- Team management
