Marketing Manager - Shiksha

Job Objective : This role will be responsible for executing Shiksha.com's marketing strategy

Key Role and Responsibilities :

- Leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook for building brand engagement for Shiksha (domestic & international)

- Plan strategies and execute marketing plans to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.

- Engage with campus representatives to promote Shiksha's features/brand and the supporting Q&A feature

- Develop and update marketing collaterals

- Work on PR activities and print and online media coverages

- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product team

- Conduct regular brand health studies to track brand awareness, trials & usership vis a vis competition. To draw marketing plans basis the results of brand tracks in order to drive brand growth

Key Skills :

- Experience in Brand Management role with experience in Brand Strategy and Planning , must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within an Consumer Products/E-comm environment

- Proven expertise around consumer insights and market intelligence

- Experience in multiple specialty areas : Digital Branding & Social media, Innovation and Alliances would be preferred

- A balance of sound creative judgement & analytical skills

- Detail orientation, high bias for action & self-awareness

Job Requirements :

Required Educational Qualification : Full-Time MBA

Required Experience : 5-7 Years
