Job Description :
- Explore, Innovate and create an effective and unique monetization model for the business
- Own the P&L and ensure profitability and growth of the business
- Analyze the blue/grey collar market trends and gain insights to design service offerings in line with the demands of the market and prospective clients
- Build and support the 0-1 journey of the business by driving the online to offline process
- Liaise with the business head to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
- Plan and execute the GTM plan for offline enterprise business
- Develop processes to meet the staffing requirements of clients in a cost effective and time efficient manner
- Fully tap the blue/grey collar markets to explore opportunities for strategic tie-ups
- Pitch, acquire and on board new clients to contribute to the growth of the business
- Partner with the tech and product teams to develop solutions to fast track and streamline delivery
- Track and drive all staffing delivery process parameters critical to quality and target achievement.
- Set up and lead a well-structured service delivery team, manage conflict and ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.
- Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients for business growth.
- Assess client feedback and explore innovative solutions to improve and refine services and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills :
- Ability to set up scalable processes and systems for service delivery from scratch
- Understanding of Client sensitivities and needs
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of team structures and team management
- Ability to foster long term relationships with clients and simultaneously explore opportunities for partnerships and strategic tie-ups
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Experience in and understanding of blue/grey collar domain will be preferred
- Exposure to technology and product development will be preferred
- Knowledge of P&L in a business
- Online to offline business experience is a must
