Job Objective: We are looking for a deadline-focused Technical Recruiter who will have complete ownership of full cycle recruitment for Analytics and Data Science vertical for our Clients. The incumbent will be responsible for developing recruiting strategies including identifying various recruiting sources, networks or channels to identify high quality candidates against open requirements

Job Description:

- Experience in complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing till On-boarding.

- Managing end to end Data Analytics & Data Science hiring for our clients

- Building a robust talent pipeline through innovative channels to ensure availability of business ready talent, ensuring quick turnaround time within approved budgets

- Leveraging LinkedIn, job portals, other social media sites, and personal network to target, attract, and develop passive candidates

- Responsible for market mapping and sourcing, client management and candidate management

- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously

- Post interview coordination with candidates & client relationship team

- Facilitating contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace

Required Skills:

- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms

- Strong negotiation and convincing skills

- Good understanding of data science and analytics tools

- Strong Client Management skills

- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills

- Prior experience in hiring for Internet Product companies
