Key Responsibilities:
- Own end to end internal data reporting, analysis and presentation of Actionable KPIs to be leveraged by the Management and different Teams
- Responsible for creating dashboards & reports linking Sales & Product data, helping in business expansion strategies
- Analyse product performance and usage and identify areas of improvement
- Lead Campaign optimization efforts for the B2C Business
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders across Sales, Product, Finance to enable them with data and translate complex business questions into verifiable hypothesis
- Manage the Internal Information System with CRM
Knowledge & Skills:
- 2-3 Years of Experience in a similar role
- Experience with Data Transformation and analysis tools like MS Excel, SQL and Google Analytics
- Experience in using CRM tools and handling MIS
- Experience in Marketing analytics and monitoring Growth Marketing efforts
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong cross functional and communication skills
- Experience in programming language like python is desirable
