Here is what you will be doing at BigShyft:

- Part of the core team that has view and control across the entire business

- Strategize, assist & execute day-to-day product, marketing and operations activities

- Develop and implement data-driven SOPs for daily processes

- Work with cross-functional teams for requirements, implementation, data analysis & tracking

- Develop/Manage reports & dashboards on a daily basis ensure things are on the right track

- Perform key analysis and use insights to bring improvements in processes and success rates

- Spot process inconsistencies to present to the management with recommended solutions

- Keep track of operations team performance, develop KPIs and metrics for senior management

- Proactively participate in setting up targets, reviewing team performance and strategic inputs

- Analytics support to sales & revenue team for tracking, reporting, analysis & optimizations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Ops Analyst/Data Analyst

- Excellent skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets

- Good to have scripting knowledge in R/Python
