Responsibilities:

- Understands the business objectives of the program and assumes personal accountability for success of the program against those objectives

- Work closely with business, sales members to understand asks/pain points and workout mitigation plan

- Plan, drive, track asks to closure and communicate clear status proactively.

- Manage sales processes and workflows. Identify areas of improvement and implement continuous improvements activities

- Manage and report status, progress, risks, metrics, dependencies of projects/programs on regular basis

- Build a positive, collaborative working environment with all Stakeholders to deliver Programs effectively

- Where necessary, act as a facilitator to resolve conflicts in accordance with policy and protocols

- Multi-task and collaborate with other departments like legal, marketing, product, engineering etc. to ensure sales receives needed support

Qualifications:

- MBA degree in business, project management, or a related field

- Industry experience in Business operations/ Account Management/ Sales or Sales operations domain

- Total of 10 to 12 years of experience with atleast 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with Power BI, Jira, Confluence, project management software is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
