Essential Duties: - Candidate will have to handle team for Outbound Acquisition process. - Ensure that Team is working closely with assigned customers related to: increasing product adoption, ensuring retention, satisfaction and success. - The job involves organizing, planning, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments, in addition to owning the production &amp; quality KRAs for this team. - Monitor Call flow and manage the call track - Find the cause of repeated calls and focus in the improvement of call process to increase agent efficiency and productivity - He/ She will manage performance measured on operations/business goals, and SLA metrics. - He or she will identify individual strengths of team members and contribute to talent advancement along with succession planning opportunities within the company. - Driving appropriate data oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects in order to achieve operational and business goals. - Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes and escalations. - Liaise with external/ Internal customers for smooth operation. - Excellent Documentation skills. Preparation of process flows that demonstrate alignment of system functionality to the operational process. Essential Skills: 1. Knowledge of internet/recruitment industry 2. Experience in Customer service/Calling 3. Ability to identify process gaps and ability to improve the process 4. Excellent communication skills (Verbal &amp; Written) 5. Must be detailed oriented and analytical 6. Excellent Reporting/ MIS 7. Process documentation and reporting Desired Skills: - Knowledge of flow charting and MS Office tools - Experience/ Knowledge in Calling Process, Escalation Management
