Brief about the Role:

- We at 99acres are constantly pushing the limits of what technology can do - and in the process producing a lot of data.

- This data is critical not only to the operational running of the business but also contains the information that drives the decisions made in our constantly innovating organisation.

- However, we always want to do better and excel in what we do which is why we have created a team dedicated to managing our business- ability to visualize data from a myriad of sources and build intelligence from it using our current tool of choice, Tableau.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Understand business levers and use data analytics to identify growth levers and challenges for the business

- Deep dive into broad high-level KPIs for business to identify potential opportunities which often gets hidden at aggregate levels for business

- Develop nuanced business understanding and city level real estate classifieds market landscape to customize analysis and recommendations for business growth

- Evangelize business analysis and data oriented culture in the organization to drive meaningful data driven decision making.

- Design, facilitate and manage a - self-service- BI platform to provide fast, agile and secure access to the 99acres data set

- Create a Centre of Excellence to harbor knowledge sharing, identify business champions, accelerate successful adoption and breed passion in data insight and visualization
