About the Role:

You will be responsible for creating a strong brand recall for the complete portfolio of recruitment solutions on the B2B side. Plan and execute marketing and communication campaigns with an objective to increase brand awareness, drive demand and overall market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the right stakeholders to develop brand positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.

- Lead our B2B brand building efforts, crafting compelling narratives through data driven storytelling, and driving impactful content creation strategies to connect with our audience and elevate our brand presence.

- Define positioning for various products, ensuring consistency and alignment.

- Contribute to creative ideation and concept development to create innovative and impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Strategize, plan, and execute 360 marketing programs / engaging customer campaigns to drive brand engagement and awareness, and measure their effectiveness to optimize future strategies.

- Ensure a consistent brand message across all channels, including social media, email, websites, and others.

- Work in tandem with the sales team to provide sales support and materials that effectively communicate our brand value.

- Gather continuous market intelligence and competitive data.

- Monitor brand key parameters on a regular basis and keep track of brand health. Execute initiatives with positive impact on brand perception.

- Execute ground level events and offline activities.

- Work with external agencies on campaigns and PR.

- Develop and track ROI metrics for marketing efforts to ensure proper allocation of budget.

Desired Qualifications / Competencies & Skills:

- Experience in building brands from the ground up.

- Experience working with media and creative agencies across India.

- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and diverse media vehicles. Experience in buying into media vehicles/events

- Should have had the experience of brand integrations and innovations with various mass media vehicles/events.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
