You should have: - Any Graduate + MBA with min 8 -15 Years of relevant experience. - Experience/Knowledge in either HR, Recruitment Tech or Recruitment Functions, Online Assessments would be added advantage. - Experience of managing large enterprise and Team handling role. - Constantly achieved and super achieved targets. - Contacts at C-level/ ability to interact at C-level. - High impact communicator including ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations. - Understanding of internet industry will be a plus though not mandatory.
