AVP (B2B Marketing)

About the Role:
- Leading B2B Product Marketing initiatives for Naukri.com. Strategize, Plan and Execute marketing campaigns and GTM roll outs.
- Own the formulation of value proposition, go-to-market strategy and execute marketing and communication campaigns with an objective to increase brand awareness, drive demand and overall market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the GTM strategy and manage the marketing communication to generate demand and sales leads for products.
- Strategic business partner of Naukri, with core KPI of creating awareness and driving revenue/customer growth.
- Deeply understand each business - their customer persona, opportunities and challenges.
- Develop the product positioning and messaging.
- Communicate and develop all collaterals, presentations for the products, coordinate with the sales team and support the selling process.
- Plan the launch of new products/features and manage cross departmental implementation of the plan.
- Gather continuous market intelligence and competitive data.
- Understand buyer behavior, how they buy, their criteria etc.
- Work with sales teams to develop marketing communication strategies and action plans to meet revenue and margin goals.
- Develop advertising messages, sales promotions, marketing programs and coordinate with external agencies.
- Develop and track ROI metrics for advertising and promotional programs to ensure proper allocation of budget resources.
Desired Qualifications / Competencies & Skills:
- Experience in B2B marketing with Product/Tech/Start-up companies.
- Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
