Job Description:

- Research on recruitment market trends, conducting surveys, capture data from competitors, and analyzing the business's operations identify patterns of potential issues or improvements.

- Organizing and analyzing data, creating charts and graphs, and presenting your findings to the senior leadership team to draw larger plans.

- Organizing and storing data for future business critical initiatives and projects with tools and techniques of primary research.

- Analyzing pricing trends, methodologies along with data projects in line to business leadership requirement and various forecasting initiatives.

- Systematic use of various data tools like Tableau , R , Python , PowerBI

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication both verbal and written

- Must have experience in Qualitative research, Secondary Research, and Industry Research

- Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies.

- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
