Sales Operations Analyst
Job Description:
Sales Operations Analyst will be a key role for sales team that will fulfill many needs across the Naukri B2B Sales organization. In this newly created role, he/she will be working closely with all layers within the sales team & other stakeholder functions such as Tech, Finance, HR and Marketing in order to ensure appropriate processes, systems and accurate data are in place. This is an important role in the smooth functioning of the sales group, in alignment with various other functions. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys processes and systems, is able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively and has some background or keen interest in sales function.
Responsibilities:
- Understand strategic objectives of sales and top management, and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions (process changes, system changes etc.) working with relevant stakeholders across Sales, Finance and ERP/CRM teams
- Act as single point of contact for PAN India sales team
- Proactively identify improvements in sales processes and existing tools, as well as evaluate new tools that will increase sales efficacy
- Proactively monitor and propose changes in processes as appropriate, to maintain highest levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency across of processes and data across the sales organization
- Ensure the accuracy of CRM data and increase functionality to improve sales process and usage of CRM.
- Lead scoping and requirement gathering (documentation) of new developments and enhancements in CRM, in collaboration with Sales and Tech teams, that serve the overall business objectives.
- Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, sales policies, and relevant sales training materials pertaining to CRM
- Provide meaningful reporting and insights on sales activity, sales pipeline and other key metrics from CRM
- Partner with B2B Marketing team to facilitate Email marketing Campaigns Client Satisfaction Surveys etc. by providing relative data and facilitating appropriate integrations / changes in CRM
Requisite Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience of 6yrs + in a sales or sales ops or similar role
- Familiarity and experience with CRM tools would be helpful
- Ability to understand sales structure and strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure execution and business impact
- Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
- Ability to work independently and get work done through collaboration with other functions
- High degree of initiative and ownership
- Ability to state a point of view and propose solutions to achieve a broader goal
- Must know how to balance multiple priorities and be able to complete without direct supervision
