ROLE : Influencer Business Manager

Job Responsibilities :

- We are looking for someone to lead and build our nano influencer program

- The job involves onboarding, engaging & retaining smaller influencers and ensuring they contribute to both content & sales

- Also work along with product team to further build out our influencer app

- For someone with relevant and more experience they can be given additional responsibility of running the entire influencer piece also (besides nano, working with bigger influencers too, but with a focus on building nano out from scratch)

Background:

- Ideal candidate should be an engg/ MBA with 3-4 years experience either with a consultancy or b2c consumer business

- Someone who is comfortable doing both biz dev and ops and happy scaling things from 0 to 1.

- He or she will build a team around themselves.

- Experience and understanding of the influencer economy is a plus
