Job Title : Senior Manager - Marketing

Location : Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

- Devise and execute strong and innovative Marketing Strategy to expand IPV's brand name, reach and acquire customers

- Lead the marketing team - design new campaigns and execute existing ad campaigns

- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

- Monitor digital marketing channels to drive traffic and engagements, to grow IPV's social media presence and generate leads

- Manage and oversee various digital marketing and advertising channels to drive desired results

- Build SEO and research keywords

- Create digital assets for various formats including web, social media content, newsletters, and email marketing campaign

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Work on marketing research to enhance the conversion of investors

- Assist in building partnerships within the ecosystem to drive network growth

- Assist in the planning and execution of special events

- Execute existing and create new operational SOPs as and when applicable

Key Technical Requirements :

- Web / Marketing / Social Media Analytics

- Writing, Editing and Proofreading skills

- Proficient in MS- Office, MS-Powerpoint

- Preferable- Graphic designing, Video Editing, Content Creation,

- Preferable - Working knowledge of Mailchimp, Canva, Wordpress

- MBA or Graduate (English Hons. Preferred) with 5 to 8 years of work experience in digital marketing or marketing of media company / start-up, with experience in working on independent projects

- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools, SEO, Google Analytics, and best practices.

General Skills :

- Understanding of business development processes of lead initiation till closure

- Ability to meet targets in scheduled time

- Ability to understand and create documents and communication blueprints

- Aptitude to achieve organization's current and future goals along with forecasting business growth opportunity

- Willingness to expand horizon and be open to learn new concepts in Angel Investing etc

- Self-motivator and entrepreneurial attitude to work with minimum supervision

- Strong ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment with a high degree of accuracy

- Team player

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
