Job Title : Manager - Investor Relations

Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai

Reporting to : AVP - Investor Relations & Growth, Infection Point Ventures

Key Responsibilities :

- Onboarding investors and catering to their investment queries, ensuring resolution of any customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

- Track membership renewals, subscription management and support Finance team as and when required.

- Ensure customer success team receives announcements to be made on IPV groups.

- Own and ensure investor support for any share transfers, secondary share sales etc.

- Own and publish leaderboards wherever applicable.

- Owning operating rhythms, minutes of meeting, tracking completion of action items e.g Team 750 calls

- Own and ensure completion of investor MIS reporting, updates. Accuracy of high levels to be maintained.

- Prepare business analytics around investors, deals and provide updates for communication.

- Investor points updation and timely release.

- Support in investor documentation and coordination related to deal completion.

- Be the core team member for all investment MIS, communities, investor groups etc.

- Support in project management of CRM.

- Ensure timely calendar invites have gone out.

- SPOC for events. Coordination and support to maximize events attendance.

- Ensure SOPs are updated and executed, with status reports easily extractable.

- Creation of Google Forms, other online forms as and when required.

- Update existing SOPs and create new operational SOPs as and when applicable.

- You can be posted to any of our sister concerns during the tenure of your employment specifically but not limited to, IP Ventures LLP or CXO Genie EBS.

Key Technical Requirements :

- MBA (Marketing/Finance) with 3 to 6 years of work experience in customer service / client relationship / investor relations . B.Com degree will be preferred.

- Astute individual with competence to have impactful conversations (written and verbal) with CXOs / HNIs and Sr. Management from diverse backgrounds

- Understanding of business development processes of lead initiation till closure.

- Ability to lead a team and to meet targets in scheduled time.

- Ability to understand and create documents and communication blueprints

- Aptitude to achieve organization's current and future goals along with forecasting business growth opportunity.

- Willingness to expand horizon and be open to learn new concepts in Angel Investing etc.

- Self-motivator and entrepreneurial attitude to work with minimum supervision

- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills

- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects and tasks
