Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Growth Manager and Associate Manager to drive the success and growth of our product offerings. This role involves developing and executing effective product marketing strategies, running experiments and pilot that leads to product growth and increase in revenue, optimizing user acquisition and retention, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

User Acquisition and Retention:

- Drive user acquisition and define their user journeys through various channels, providing the sales team with a steady flow of activated leads.

- Improving conversion rates at different stages of the user journey, create more effective sales funnels via product, ensuring that leads move seamlessly through the sales process.

- Analyse and track data of user behaviour via Heatmaps & Behaviour Analytics Tools to refine journeys for sustained growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to align product development with market needs.

- Work with sales and customer support teams to ensure a unified and effective go-to-market strategy.

- Foster a culture of collaboration and information-sharing to drive collective success.

Product Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and user engagement.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Work with product management and marketing teams to create sales collaterals, pitch decks, with compelling product messaging and positioning strategies

Product Launches and Feature Rollouts:

- Plan and execute product launches, ensuring effective communication and positioning.

- Develop go-to-market plans for new features, enhancements, and product updates.

- Monitor and analyse the success of product launches, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Performance Analytics:

- Utilize analytics tools and data to assess user behaviour, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.

- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree (engineering) from tier-1 colleges - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT

- Preferably 1 year of prior experience in areas related user acquisition and user retention strategies in the B2C product space.

- Knack for experimentation and leverage this as a tool for data-driven decision-making and business optimization.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions and extract actionable insights.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive collaborative efforts.
