- Handle pre-developed Leads on regular basis by sharing sample reports, To C (table of contents), understanding their requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Act as a liaison between company and clients to develop a team selling approach with Publishers and other cross-functional representatives.
- Sell reports and services to decision-makers and establish new relationships at the C- Level. -
- Develop and implement sales/marketing tactics and programs in order to meet or exceed assigned territory objectives and drive increased retention and penetration. - Handle Pre and post-sale queries with the help of Publishers.
- Should parallelly develop own pipeline through various social platforms to support and complete the given monthly and quarterly targets.
- Should be open to work in Night shifts (5pm to 2am) or European Shifts (1pm to 10pm)
- Should maintain Lead and Pipeline sheet in an excel file.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Strong team player who can multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Experience :
- Should have worked with any Market Research company for minimum 3 years in direct selling with strategic accounts and international calling (outbound /inbound)
- Track record of achieving sales and profit goals
- Strong analytical skills (ability to identify trends, opportunities, and provide business insight)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Salesforce.com, conducting Sales campaigns
- Time management and planning skills.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals and targets.
