Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development to join our team. The Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for Infinity Advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and research potential clients in the target market.

- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.

Sales Presentations and Negotiation:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals and maximize profitability.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Liaise with the creative and marketing teams to develop tailored advertising proposals.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand clients' needs and objectives to propose customized advertising solutions.

Must be a Fantastic Presenter.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.

- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
