INFINITI is looking for a manager-Mktg & BD to sell its Analytics product to small enterprises.

The Candidate to take ownership of all outbound marketing programs including lead nurturing, syndicated content, PPC, webcasts, and field events. This person will be responsible for defining the company's demand generation plan, executing multi-channel campaigns, and measuring the success of those campaigns. This is a Managerial role with a high level of autonomy and accountability and will have to manage and monitor the performance of Sr. Executives - Business Development.

Responsibilities

- Ensure the sales revenue is generated through appropriate prospecting, outbound calling efforts and sales customer visits and lead conversion, etc.

- Manage and support the performance of the Sr. Executives - Business Development.

- Execute and coordinate end-to- end marketing project work plans that meet the requirements of the marketing plans for events, webinars and integrated campaigns

- Oversee online programs including email campaigns, online content syndication, etc. - ensuring optimal results.

- Execute and coordinate all demand/lead generation program tactics/projects on-time and on-budget

- Support all pre-event, onsite and post-even logistics and operational requirements for all events including onsite support as needed.

- Analyze and report on marketing program/campaign efficiency and activity results.

Requirements

- 6-8 years of experience in demand generation and marketing of enterprise software product and solutions

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in high activity, dynamic environment.

- Ability to be a self-starter with minimal supervision requirements.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Hands on attitude and creative use of limited resources.

- Can manage teams, team player, passion for work and willing to generate results.
