ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition Specialist- Corporate Recruitment Team

Work Timing: 2 pm - 11 pm

Job Responsibilities:

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment

- Prefer someone from a Technical/IT hiring background, willing to consider Non-IT hiring candidates

- Individual Contributor Role for Infinite's key corporate positions for the global offices

- Prior experience with Senior mandates & leadership hiring

- Proven track record of networking with & hiring candidates through various social media platforms

- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills

- Develop a pool of qualified candidates

- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within the TAT

- Must be willing to travel as required on short notice period

- Street Smart, Result driven, innovative, motivated, highly organized

- Hungry & passionate to climb the ladder by ensuring quality delivery & practicing continuous improvement
