Lead-Talent Acquisition
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities as per the strategy.
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors through right positioning of the EVP
- Design and deploy employee referral programs
- Optimise usage of relevant tools for maximising effectiveness.
- Ensure deployment of the right talent acquisition strategy to ensure talent availability for the company.
- Build the manpower plan (budget and forecast) and ensure appropriate manning as per organisational needs.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Ensure the hiring process is deployed thoroughly as per the company recruitment policy
- Propose improvement actions for enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the hiring process
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.
- Organizing and anchoring the New Hire Orientation programme to enable easy settling-in and acculturalization of new joiners.
- Design and deploy Campus connect program to build a strong talent pipeline
- Manage the Internship program at the company
- Conduct appropriate analytics for analysis of current processes and suggest improvements
- Identify Industry best practices and ensure those are implemented appropriately
Technical : Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in handling Talent Acquisition
Managerial :
- Good team player and can handle a team.
- Good eye for details
- Excellent communication skills
