Head of Quality Infiiloom is seeking a Head of Quality to lead our quality assurance and control efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet high standards of quality and compliance and will play a key role in improving processes and systems to drive operational excellence. Responsibilities : - Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards - Manage a team of quality control professionals and provide mentorship and development opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues - Analyze and interpret quality data to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensure that the company is in compliance Requirements : - Bachelor's degree engineering, or related field - 10+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of quality systems, processes, and methodologies - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to analyze and interpret data, and to develop and implement quality improvements - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple projects simultaneously Infiiloom offers a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth and development.
