Infigo - Head - Marketing

1. To head Marketing function at Infigo Eyecare hospitals and drive growth, revenues, profit and loss and cash flows as per the quarterly targets , and to drive the company on the directions of the 5-year strategic plan and the year-to-year business plans set by the Board & MD.

2. To ensure that all eye care products offered by Infigo are maximised ie Cataracts, Retina, Cornea, Lasik, Occuplasties, Diagnostics and Opticals business

3. To build and lead an effective, efficient and productive marketing team that will be a benchmark in the eye hospital sector in India.

4. To ensure that existing non performing hospitals reach breakeven in three months and other stable hospitals are driven to achieve their business revenue and P&L targets as per plan

5. To design & execute business marketing strategies and delivery mechanism including use of contemporary techniques and methods to address all our market segments and increase the business footfalls in all hospitals

6. To focus on & improve all key operating parameters of hospitals like no of OPDs, surgical conversion, optical conversion, ASP for packages etc

7. To review existing systems, protocols and processes and work to make changes to build a highly effective & process driven organisation.

8. To develop a need-based skill development and training program in the company so that there is standardisation of skills and capabilities across the company and individuals are able to effectively multitask.

9. To develop a sound MIS and reporting system and complement the SAP team to work towards speedy reports for effective & timely decision making by the Management..

10. To develop & build corporate branding strategy for Infigo Eye Hospitals - Corporate Website, Digital Marketing, PR and Corporate communications.

11. To develop an environment of creativity and innovation within the organisation and encourage new and contemporary solution and approaches to business and eyecare that makes Infigo the first recall for patients and an ideal work place for employees of the company.

12. Any other areas that may be assigned to you by the MD & CEO from time to time.
