inFeedo - Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

inFeedo is looking for an FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) (Sr.) Manager who will be responsible to manage the company's planning & forecasting outcomes, which includes creation, consolidation, interpretation, and presentation of the company's financial results. This individual will be an active member of the leadership team. The key task would be to help the business in decision support through data analysis and business insight.

What will you be doing? Responsibilities include-

REPORTING & ANALYSIS

1. Prepare Annual Plans and Periodic Forecasts: Help meet growth goals stated by CFO & Leadership team to support the decision-making process. Help define boundaries around already defined AOP, proactively.

2. Historical and Forecast Performance Trends: Maintain and report functional and consolidated level financial performance trends, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams.

3. Facilitate financial monthly review meetings with business leaders to ensure effective financial and business metrics reporting.

4. Conduct Internal Financial Audits: Ensure adherence to checks and balances over processes involving financials and help in India & US GAAP tax compliances.

LEADERSHIP

1. Voice of Finance: Effective & timely responses to questions from leadership and function heads and investors. Continually raises the bar.

2. Business Recommendations: Perform ad-hoc business analysis and financial modeling. Present recommendations to management on strategic decisions and future initiatives.

3. SOPs: Implement and monitor adherence to financial SOPs and follow through on outliers.

4. Budget Variance: Publish Actual Vs Forecast variance analysis with detailed reasons.

Is this you?

1. Have 8 to 18 years of relevant experience

2. CA, MBA or CWA, with 5 or more years of post-qualification experience in Month-end closing of Books, Balance sheet Reconciliation, Financial Planning & Reporting activities.

3. Exposure to SaaS Metrics is a must.

4. Fluency in standard financial software like Quickbooks, Google Sheets/Excel.

5. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills.

6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

7. Numbers savvy, eye for details, a doer, and self-driven. Excited to work in a small but fast-growing SaaS company.
