As the SEO Manager, youll be leading the SEO strategy with the ability to influence everything from Research and Technical Audits to Content and Link Building.

What will you be doing?

- Own pipeline targets and end-to-end keyword research, search engine optimization of existing content to drive MQLs and Customers via the organic SEO channel.

- Drive high-value organic traffic and convert it into actionable leads by implementing targeted CRO techniques.

- Content Strategy: With the support of our wider marketing team, create and optimise high-quality, SEO-friendly content

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and website improvement.

- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.

- Monitor, analyze, and report website performance using web engagement tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to optimize website content and improve overall user experience.

Is this you :

- 4-6 years of work experience in B2B Software/SaaS industry, focusing on technical SEO and digital marketing

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and SEO best practices

- Hands-on experience in optimizing websites for search engines and increasing organic traffic

- Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics to analyze website performance and identify improvement areas

- Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, for lead generation and nurturing campaigns

- Familiarity with website CMS platforms prefrebaly Hubspot CMS

- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights

- Strong project management skills for managing multiple campaigns concurrently

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
