We're looking for a trustworthy lady ( no, we're not sexist :) ) to take complete ownership of the entire gamut of HR function. Our ask is an insane hustle, relentless passion and a Donny David (from Suits) like the fearless confident attitude that leaves a lasting impression.

MUST HAVE 3+ YEAR EXPERIENCE IN:

1) Successfully handled HR function for a scaling startup

2) Extremely strong communication skills and email writing skills

3) The knack for understanding and working on Financial aspects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Support inFeedo's people function by managing complete employee lifecycle (Payroll, appraisal, salary benchmarking, design policies from the scratch, statutory compliances, exits)

2) Coordinate and manage the finance function and work closely with our Financial advisor.

3) Recruit and train a junior finance/admin resource for executional work
