Main Responsibilities of a VP Sales :

Reporting to the COO, you will lead a team of professionals to meet the company's customer acquisition & growth objectives. You will be responsible for:

1. Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets

2. Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships

3. Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance

4. Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed

5 Ensuring the proper use of CRM database and tools to track performance

6. Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders

7. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.

Key Requirements:

1. MBA is Mandatory

2. Minimum of 4 years experience in a sales leadership position.

3. Minimum of 6 years experience working in a sales role (preferably digital sales)

4. Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior (C-level) leadership role may be advantageous.

5. In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.

6. Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.

7. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

8. Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
