Senior Marketing &amp; Analytics Manager COMPANY INTRODUCTION : - INDWealth is a full-stack Wealth-management platform targeted at Affluent and HNI families. INDwealth enables families to organize and track their financial life across investments, loans &amp; taxes. The platform leverages machine learning (ML) to deliver advice at scale thereby recommending actions to maximize a family's future wealth. - INDwealth is a product of the parent entity Finzoom Investments, founded by Ashish Kashyap, a technology entrepreneur who previously founded ibibo Group (Goibibo, redBus, PayU India) and was also Google India's first Country Head. - We are backed by foreign institutional investors comprising Tiger Global and Steadview Capital who have invested a total of $45Mn in the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Drive growth for the apps and user acquisition via paid &amp; organic activities including "Growth hacks" - Ownership of all paid activities and analytics across App-stores, Google Adwords, Facebook marketing, Linkedin, Youtube, Affiliate activities, etc. - Drive organic activities such as SEO, partner activities and experiment with various growth hacks. - Complete ownership of analytics so as to drive optimization of marketing campaigns as well as provide feedback loops into Technology and Product/ design teams so as to improve and iterate the products and user experiences. - Drive retention and also define the retention triggers. - Work closely with Engineers to develop accurate analytics tracking; user segmentation, delivery of notifications and various personalized and event-based communication at scale. - Translate data and numbers into sound actions KEY REQUIREMENTS : - Minimum 5-7 years of experience working at a consumer-facing application. - Computer Science Engineering degree. - Good understanding of structured and unstructured database query languages (esp. SQL, Hive) - Command on basic concepts of Statistics and logical understanding of various algorithms like Decision Tree, Clustering, Forecasting, Optimization, etc. - Experience of working on large, complex, multi-dimensional data warehouses - Deep insights into analytics system and third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Localytics, MixPanel, etc. - Strong understanding of user funnels and conversion metrics. - Adept at wiring up user funnels with sales CRM and lead management systems. - Familiarity with Google Webmaster tools, SEO and concepts such as App indexing/ App deep linking. - Very strong with articulating, defining &amp; communicating things to software engineers including coverage of various "Edge Cases". - Flexible to constantly iterate. - Very granular with an eye for detail - Should be&nbsp; customer-obsessed - Hands-on and should have the ability to execute things fast and at scale. - Familiar with technology, software development processes
