Job description: - To lead a large team of Sales &amp; customer success associates - Manage and train the team to Deliver high lead conversion, increased renewals and best-in-class financial advisory to INDmoney's gold members. - Train, mentor and monitor the performance of the gold membership team. - Create a scalable playbook that delivers customer success and high engagement. - Key KPI's include: Revenue, conversion rates, Renewals. - Work with Product and technology team members to drive automation and scale. - Keep yourself updated with regulation and ensure that the team is compliant. Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of experience in driving Sales and "Customer Success" in organizations such as EdTech, FinTech, Banking, Insurance etc. - Prior experience of managing a high-volume customer base and large teams. - Ability to work well and thrive in a team environment- Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual revenue, renewals and upsell metrics. - Very familiar with online CRM tools and lead management tools including other sales force productivity tools. - Adept at creating manuals and playbooks to scale the processes. - Understanding of challenges and opportunities in startup environments. - Strong with data and analytics. Should be adept at productivity metrics. - Familiarity with financial services and investment products. - Master's degree/ CFA/ C
