We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional who has a proven track record of driving sales via online/telephonic medium. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Own and deliver sales targets and growth journey.

- Aggressive monetizing of the Online traffic through calls, CRM.

- Initiating growth hacking ideas and innovation for selling through phone channel

- Managing call center operations - telephony, people, recruiting, training, quality & customer care

- Running Analytics and CRM to grow the channel using data based intelligence and tools

- Recruiting, training and hiring talented sales professionals, managing incentive plan

- Participating in growth and profitability planning, budgeting and initiatives

- Timely dashboarding and driving sales meetings with the founders/board.

An ideal candidate should have the following qualities & Skills to effectively carry out the duties in this role:

- Process driven: you've built and ran processes/projects in a sales environment involving constant connecting with people, technology & data.

- Sales Ninja! : You have at least 10+ years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales which could vary in volumes of transaction. Furthermore, the ideal candidate must have experience and knowledge of sales agent management, workflow management technologies, CRM technologies and CRM funnel management process, sales process management.

- Analytical: It isn't just the ability to sell we seek but also the ability to visualize the bigger picture with the help of data and analytical tools at hand. Working with numbers & projections should come naturally to you. Proficiency with MS Excel is a must.

- Leadership skills: Experience of managing and ensuring growth for a team of 50+ sales personnel is a must. You should have contributed towards the strategic hiring of your team across all roles and spearheaded their growth alongside yours.

- Tier I - II Institute B.Tech/MBA/PGDM graduates preferred.
