VP- Credit Customer Acquisition

As VP Credit Customer Acquisition you will have the opportunity to work on major business initiatives related to the Customer Acquisition team that contribute to Industrybuying's growth and productivity objectives. This role enables you to work directly with the business in catering to customer acquisition via credit growth methods and strategies.

Role & responsibilities :

- Build the credit customer acquisition business on Industrybuying's platform.

- Drive new acquisitions through various channels, engaging prospective customers, and being the customer acquisitions champion.

- Improve customer acquisition strategies, developing statistical credit models, and communicate analytical and credit ideas internally such as BNPL etc.

- Develop and execute data-led strategy, business plan, and marketing programs to drive credit consumer acquisition, adoption of products and service and to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation and make optimization recommendations across the buyer's journey.

- Measure, track, and report on marketing efforts through structured dashboards. Be responsible for achieving targets identifying new and creative ways to increase organic and paid customer acquisition.

- Build and effectively manage networks across cross-functional teams including marketing, partnerships, telesales, and product to drive alignment and execution.

Ideal candidate profile :

- Minimum 8 years of experience in credit customer acquisition

- Tier i-ii institute B.Tech/MBA will be preferred.

- Experience in owning P&L, along with managing customer acquisition.

- Prior eCommerce experience is a must.

- Team handling experience is a plus.
