As the owner of the customer collections process, you would have the opportunity to work with regional sales heads for setting up the collections function in a rapid pace growth environment. This role also includes setting up a vendor compliance cell ensuring that all vendor credits are correctly managed and adhered to. As this role involves working with various mid to senior management and also MNC clients, good communication is a MUST. Go getter attitude and energetic candidate is required.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Setting up Collections function to cater to PAN India needs as the company deals with various MNC clients.

- Ensuring all documentation are in place to enable collection of the receivables.

- Evaluating clients and setting credit limit and ensuring that the same are adhered too.

- As the company deals with more than 800 vendors and is continuously adding more and more, this role will carry responsibility of setting up a vendor credit and reconciliation process.

- Responsible for documentation and reporting related to adherence of various regulatory compliances.

- Analyzing market strategy of company and manage Vendor commercials accordingly.

- Partner with internal and external clients to improve processes.

- Produce assignment budgets and timetables, and manage delivery against them.

- Ability to interact with senior Management.

- Keen professional with an attitude to learn and grasp experiences while we move ahead.

- Building the company's vendor, customer financing strategy for B2B procurement - Customers are both SMEs and Large enterprises, Vendors are both distributors and OEMs.

- Bring on board NBFCs and banks to finance customer and vendor working capital requirements.

- Manage risk profiles and customer collections process.

Education and experience:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B collections.

- Ability to interact with senior Management.

- Keen professional with an attitude to learn and grasp experiences while we move ahead.

- Ability to execute in rapid growth and fast paced environment - ability to work with ambiguity in a start-up environment.
