Industrybuying is looking for a Senior Channel Sales Manager to grow and effectively manage the Channel Sales infrastructure. An ideal candidate would have experience in building and nurturing the Channel Sales team from scratch, ensuring achievement of targets and meeting market expansion goals.
Job description:
Market expansion:
- Build and grow channel sales network Pan-India
- Manage and grow through existing channel partners
- Marketing and branding with channel partners
- Manage and optimize dealer credit
- Optimize product selection, dealer development and margins
- Coordinate with marketing & category teams to meet business objectives
Team building & management:
- Hire and train channel sales team
- Ensure consistent performance and keep track of daily activities
- Maintain healthy sales and margin targets
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 7-10 years of Channel sales experience
- Channel sales building and managing experience is critical
- Industrial or consumer products experience preferred
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Assertive with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Tier I college pass out preferred
