Responsibilities:
- Participate and jointly Develop marketplace expansion and assortment growth strategy for various brands and products and regions with the Category Team.
- Executing the strategy by Manage a team of Executives onboarding seller on marketplace as per the plan - products, brands, regions and pricing.
- Manage end to end seller onboarding journey - soliciting, sourcing, registration, training and order fulfillment for the first 1 month on the platform.
- Screening and Identification of the right sellers to onboard on the platform as per the marketplace expansion strategy.
- Negotiating prices and convincing sellers to work on eCommerce.
- Coordinate with category team, cataloging teams, operations, finance and technology to address seller queries and be the voice of sellers within the organisation.
- Push sellers to dispatch stock faster and ensure timely delivery of the same.
- Ensure new sellers have technical assistance with operating our marketplace panels and understand order processing completely.
- Develop Training module for new sellers and a system to Address new sellers- queries regarding the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in client-facing role and ability to handle large teams.
- Should be tech-friendly and can easily understand different softwares and platforms in eCommerce industry.
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel.
- Advanced Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
- Leadership Skills.
- An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
