IndustryBuying is looking for enthusiastic and highly driven B2B sales professionals for Delhi NCR. The roles and responsibilities include:
- Generate profitable revenue growth through establishing new customers, penetrating new customer accounts and retaining those customers.
- Quarter on quarter business growth and transformation to make Industrybuying's offerings/services more efficient and effective.
- Establish, maintain and service accounts, covering full assigned territory to ensure high Customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Effectively assess customer needs, present products and solutions, and close sales
- Aggressive sales and marketing for industrial products.
- Coordinate with supply chain, customer service and commercial team for completing the sales cycle successfully.
- Visit to the industries promote our product & persuade them to buy.
- Improve the business and maintain long term relationship with the existing customers.
- Communicate with the customers, generate leads and convert those leads to achieve sales targets.
- Reporting to Founders, he/she will be responsible for sharing Weekly /Monthly /Quarterly progress for the areas assigned and plan on quarterly level targets.
- Coordinate with logistic department for timely dispatches.
- Timely Payment follow-up with customer
Desired candidate profile:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of business development and subsequent revenue generation.
- High analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products desired.
- Charismatic personality with the ability to get potential clients on board using superior persuasion skills.
- Tier I - Tier II colleges' engineering graduates will be preferred.
