Job purpose :   The incumbent is expected to generate new leads and new business from existing clients. He is expected to bring month on month growth to his portfolio while focusing on the key deliverables like GMV, Margins & Collections.  Specific duties and responsibilities :  - Generate profitable revenue growth through establishing new customers, penetrating new customer accounts and retaining those customers  - Establish, maintain and service accounts, covering full assigned territory to ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business  - Effectively assess customer needs, present products and solutions, and close sales  - Person would be responsible for the hardcore Sales and marketing for Industrials Products  - Coordinating with supply chain, customer service and commercial team for completing the sales cycle successfully  - Visit to the industries promote our product & persuade them  - Responsible to improve the business and maintain long term relationship with the existing customers  - Communicate with the customers, generate leads and convert those leads to achieve sales targets  - Coordinate with logistic department for timely dispatches  - Timely Payment follow-up with customer  Education and experience: :   - 2-5 years of sales experience.   - Industrial sales, B2B sales or multi products experience would be an add on.  - BE/BTech.
