We're looking for a smart, analytical and process driven Business Development professional who may or may not have handled the Online Sales function but is keen to implement his/her sales management acumen for the same.
An ideal candidate should have the following:
- Process driven : you've built and ran processes/projects in a sales environment involving constant liasoning with people, technology & data.
- Sales Ninja! : You have at least 5+ years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales which could vary in volumes of transaction. Background in Financial/Insurance Sales or Telecom sector would be preferred.
- Analytical : It isn't just the ability to sell we seek but also the ability to visualize the bigger picture with the help of data and analytical tools at hand. Working with numbers & projections should come naturally to you. Proficiency with MS Excel is a must.
- Leadership skills : Experience of managing and ensuring growth for a team of 10 - 20 sales personnel is a must. You should- ve contributed towards the strategic hiring of your team across all roles and spearheaded their growth alongside yours.
- Tier I - II College graduates preferred.
Reporting directly to the Founders, you'll be responsible for:
- Aggressive monetizing of the Online traffic through calls, CRM etc.
- Initiating growth hacking ideas and innovation for selling through phone channel
- Managing call center operations - telephony, people, recruiting, training, quality & customer care
- Running Analytics and CRM to grow the channel using data based intelligence and tools
- Recruiting, training and hiring talented sales professionals, managing incentive plan
- Participating in growth and profitability planning, budgeting and initiatives
