We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Finance & Accounts department as a Business Finance professional. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in finance roles. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support business decision-making processes.

- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models and strategies to optimize business performance.

- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance profitability and efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, conducting regular audits and reviews.

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans, providing guidance and support to department heads.

- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.

- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments, assisting in financial planning and analysis.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting, recommending process improvements and implementing new tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a business finance capacity.

- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

- Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling software.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Professional certifications, such as CFA or CPA, are highly desirable.
